How to resolve "Waiting for adapter response" with device error code 56

1. Uninstall Radmin VPN from the "Control Panel" - "Programs and Features".

2. Reboot your PC.

3. Check the system for errors and repair them. Press "Windows"+"R" to open the "Run" box. Type "cmd" into the box and then press "Ctrl"+"Shift"+"Enter" to run the command as an administrator.
   

4. At the "Command Prompt" execute in turn:

   • Type in: "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth" then press "Enter" and wait for it to finish.
     

   • Type in: "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth" then press "Enter" and wait for it to finish.
     

   • Type in: "DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" then press "Enter" and wait for it to finish.
     

   • Type in: "sfc /scannow" then press "Enter" and wait for it to finish.
     

5. After all checks, reboot your PC.
